Southern Cross
We have been working with the Southern Cross Health Care Group since 2005. Southern Cross is the leading provider of Care Homes in the UK, with over 720 care homes, more than 40,000 staff and 37,000 beds nationwide.
They have a talented in house programming team but lacked the understanding of Internet Marketing to make their website convert visitors to clients.
They needed to communicate to a diverse audience of resident’s families, referring agencies, job seekers, and regulators. Over a period of two years we provided in depth consultancy in respect to development of both a new website and dramatically increasing visitor numbers and conversion.
As a result many potential clients and their relatives now make enquiries via the company website in addition a significant proportion of new employees apply directly to individual homes for specific job opportunities.

We have worked with this business for a number of years both on the website itself and driving traffic to the website.

The website is securely interfaced with the Police National Computer and the DVLA yet the response is rapid.
This Website converts more than 30% of visitors to Customers and sells many thousands of Car Checks per week.
Canon
We developed a virtual Canon Office where a person could walk in and decide where they wanted to go.
Once they chose a direction, they entered into a room that had a copier in it.
They then could click on the copier and modify and select the options they wanted and thought they needed.
This allowed Canon to gain tremendous insight into what prospects where looking for and what they could spend.
As a result, this allowed them to attain significant cost savings by being able to effectively predict inventories and create a sales and marketing program based on the clients requirements.
RIM and Franklin Covey
We identified an opportunity to cross promote RIM and Franklin Covey.
We constructed an interactive campaign using mobile marketing and email marketing that drove to an optimised landing page.
The promotion was built around RIM support and The Franklin Covey methodology.

This was a huge success and both parties increased sales and developed more detailed client profiles for greater customer insight. They continue to use one to one direct marketing strategies to nurture prospects through the funnel.
FUJITSU
We developed an interactive show program to help drive leads from trade shows.
Next, we segmented the leads based on product and or personal requirements.
We supported offline and online strategies which where tracked and measured by using specific urls and landing pages through the decision making cycle.
The results led to a spectacular 14% increase in sales from 4 specific shows with the format now adopted by Fujitsu throughout North America. The key to this success was our commitment to on-going education and information, we call it nurturing the client.
ABS
ABS is part of the Genus Group which is the largest genetics company in the world.
We have developed a number of websites and now looking to launch their online Abs Direct ecommerce site. We have worked with ABS for over 12 years on marketing and implementing internet marketing strategies.
We have achieved all growth targets for their business, helping them to gain market share and achieve a 217% return on investment
HAGEMEYER
Hagemeyer is a global company that services the industrial supplies market.
We have built several web solutions for them including their LionsVallen USA Government site. We have developed innovative online strategies to integrate with their offline marketing making them much more effective. We have also developed a special ecommerce site servicing their small to medium sized customers which has 20,000 sku’s.
Through these strategies new client revenue has exceeded their expectations, with a return on investment exceeding 374%.
P&O CRUISES
Designed and developed their site using conversion architecture focused on keyword search terms. Through traffic analysis we developed the optimum information path for maximum conversion.
